Implementation in focus on the joint assembly of Forhelse

Forhelse’s 4th joint gathering this year took place on 14 and 15 November 2022 at Hotel Norway in Bergen. Here, researchers, the health service and business partners participated in an educational and nice gathering.

On the first day there was a research gathering where the PhD candidates presented their projects

*PhD candidates Henriette Tyse Nygård, Zareen Abbas Khan,* *Jill Bjarke and Beate Standal, as well as post-docs Smiti Kahlon,* *Sunniva Myklebost and Jørn Heggelund.*

The second day of the programme consisted of practical and informative lectures on budgeting and reporting from the centre’s management, as well as a lecture from Christiaan Vis on the implementation and use of the ItFits-toolkit. The tool is a modular, step-by-step process based on evidence-informed knowledge. Among other things, the tool provides a systematic way of working with teams and stakeholders, as well as specific tools for collecting and storing information during the process. The workshop was particularly useful afterwards, where the participants were divided into groups to discuss the various challenges of implementation across disciplines.
