Internal seminar at Solstrand

The weather could not have been better for this year’s internal seminary in the department. Solstrand sparkled in sunshine surrounded by calm waters when the Research Center arrived on 12-13 June. This year’s gathering had IMPROVEMENT as its main goal – with good elements of team building.

This spring, Bergen Regional Health Authority organized the Improvement Survey to improve and protect the working environment, EHS and patient safety. This survey laid a good foundation for focusing on what improvements the department can make

Together with our safety representative, Robin Kenter, and a selected social committee, the days were filled with good ideas, brainstorming, team building and good reflections on drive, motivation and optimal working environment.

Some activities led to laughter and excitement, praise and glory. The department returned home with full batteries, motivated and with a bag full of good techniques and solutions.
